ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, WAIVING THAT PORTION OF SECTION 2 -56 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES, WHICH SETS 8:30 A.M. AS THE MEETING
TIME OF THE CITY COUNCIL, FOR THE MAY 20, 2003 MEETING;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 2 -56 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Wichita Falls, which sets 8:30 a.m. as the meeting time of the City Council, is hereby
waived to allow for the City Council meeting of May 20, 2003, to begin at 6:00 p.m.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
