Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 Budget Utility
Improvements Project to Bowles Construction Co. in the Amount of
$1,270,803.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015 Budget
Utility Improvements Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction
Co., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1,270,803.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 Budget Utility Improvements Project is awarded to
Bowles Construction Co., in an estimated total amount of $1,270,803.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with sa id Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of September 2015.
