Res 085-2015 9/1/2015 Resolution No. 85-2015 Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 Alley Rehabilitation Project to Freeman Paving, LLC in the Amount of $284,521.62 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015 Alley Rehabilitation Project; and, WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman Paving, LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of$284,521.62. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The unit price bid for the 2015 Alley Rehabilitation Project is awarded to Freeman Paving, LLC, in an estimated total amount of $284,521.62, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
