RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CERTIFY
THE 2000/2001 SECTION 8 MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
(SEMAP) SCORE; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Section 8 Program is required to complete a
self assessment of management practices; and
WHEREAS, the Section 8 Management Assessment Program outlines the
objectives and rating criteria; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Housing Division has achieved the score
possible for a rank of standard performing agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to submit the 2000/2001 score to
the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
