RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE
ON SIDEWALK WAIVERS AND APPOINTING ITS MEMBERS; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a City council Subcommittee on
Sidewalk Waivers.
SECTION 2. The City Council Subcommittee on Sidewalk Waivers shall be
composed of the following City Councilors: James Esther, jr-
Arthur Bea Williams and Linda Ammons
SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
