RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR
THE REHABILITATION OF FM 369 (SOUTHWEST PARKWAY);
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation is proposing to rehabilitate
a section of FM 369 from FM 2650 to Rhea Road; and
WHEREAS, there is a driveway, which must be reconstructed, to facilitate said
construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Advanced Funding Agreement is accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement with the Texas Department of
Transportation.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
