RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL E. KOEN ARCHITECT
INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICDS FOR THE DESIGN OF THE
REROOF OF FIRE STATION #4; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have Fire Station #4 reroofed;
and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Mike Koen for Architectural Services for
this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Architectural Services Contract is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
