RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH CAMP, DRESSER, & MC KEE, INC. FOR THE VULNERABILITY
ASSESSMENT AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS WATER SYSTEM; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is required to complete a Vulnerability
Assessment Study and an Emergency Response Plan for the City of Wichita Falls
water system; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls wishes to retain the engineering firm of
Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. for engineering services for the Vulnerability Assessment
Study and Emergency Response Plan preparation and associated work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The contract between Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. for
engineering services for the Vulnerability Assessment Study is hereby approved a cost
not to exceed $160,000.00.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
