RESOLUTION TO ENDORSE AN APPLICATION TO THE
WICHITA FALLS SALES TAX BOARD FOR PROJECT
MODIFICATION AND APPROVAL OF CERTAIN PARK AND
DRAINAGE PROJECTS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, two parks and one drainage project have been approved by the
Wichita Falls Sales Tax Board and the Wichita Falls City Council; and
WHEREAS, city staff finds it appropriate to request the Wichita Falls Sales Tax
Board to consider certain modifications to these projects; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the Wichita Falls City Council to endorse an
application to the Wichita Falls Sales Tax Board for consideration of project
modification.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Wichita Falls City Council hereby endorses an application to
the Wichita Falls Sales Tax Board for project modification and approval of certain park
and drainage projects.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
