RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE FM 2380 TRAIL PROJECT AND
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 413 SALES TAX
CORPORATION'S FISCAL YEAR 2002 -2003 BUDGET; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation's Board has
recommended modification to the FM2380 Trail Project by increasing the authorized
project cost by $37,388 to $322,388; and
WHEREAS, This modification in the authorized project amount requires an
amendment to the Corporation's Fiscal Year 2002 -2003 Budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The FM2380 Trail Project is hereby modified, and the 4B Sales
Tax Corporation's Fiscal Year 2002 -2003 Budget is hereby amended by $37,388.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
