RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE WOODS MEMORIAL PARK PROJECT
AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 4B SALES TAX
CORPORATION'S FY 2002 -2003 BUDGET; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation's Board has
recommended modification to the Woods Memorial Park project by adding
approximately 600 linear feet of concrete wall around the north side; and
WHEREAS, this modification in project scope and price requires an amendment
to the Corporation's Fiscal Year 2002 -2003 budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Woods Memorial Park project is hereby modified, and the 4B
Sales Tax Corporation's Fiscal Year 2002 -2003 Budget is hereby amended by $13,745.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
