RESOLUTION TO APPROVE STANDARD UTILITY AGREEMENT AND
ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE
UTILITIES FOR THE KELL FREEWAY PROJECT; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation is proposing to construct a
section of Kell Freeway from Kemp Blvd. to Fairway Blvd.; and
WHEREAS, there are utility lines which must be relocated to facilitate said
construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Standard Utility Agreements and Advanced Funding
Agreement are accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said
agreements with the Texas Department of Transportation.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
