RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS FOR THE COST OF RIGHT -
OF -WAY ACQUISITION FOR THE WIDENING OF FM 2380; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation is proposing to widen FM
2380 from FM 369 (Southwest Parkway) to the Archer County line; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls agrees to participate in the Right -of -Way
Acquisition for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That the agreement to contribute funds is approved with an
estimated cost of $10,000.00 and the City Manager is authorized to execute said
agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the FM 2380 Widening
Project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
