RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH ROBERT HAGERMAN AS TENNIS PRO AT WEEKS PARK
TENNIS CENTER; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City desires continuation of the tennis program at Weeks Park
Tennis Center; and
WHEREAS, Robert Hagerman has submitted credentials that satisfy the
requirements the City desires for the position of tennis pro; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hagerman has agreed to the conditions and responsibilities of
the tennis pro contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Robert Hagerman as tennis pro for Weeks Park Tennis Center.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
