The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in special session on the above
date in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building at 1:15 o'clock p.m., with the
following members present:

ORDINANCE NO. 41 -2003
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
WAIVING THAT PORTION OF SECTION 2 -56 OFTHE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
WHICH SETS 8:30 A.M. AS THE MEETING TIME OF THE CITY COUNCIL, FOR
THE MAY 20, 2003 MEETING; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW
Moved by Councilor Williams that Ordinance No. 41 -2003 be passed.
Motion seconded by Councilor Esther and carried by the following vote.
Ayes: Mayor Altman, Councilors Williams, Esther, Norrie, and Burns
