RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTIES AS EXCESS REAL
PROPERTY AND DIRECTING THE PROPERTIES TO BE SOLD BY
SEALED BIDS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reduce the inventory of real property
acquired from delinquent tax suits; and
WHEREAS, the various properties have been identified as excess, and it is in
the best interest of the public to return these parcels to private ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following real property located in Wichita Falls, Wichita
County, Texas, is declared as excess, and the Property Administrator is directed to
advertise for sealed bids for the sale of such properties.

SECTION 2. These properties will be sold contingent upon verification of legal
descriptions, ownership, and redemption dates.
SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
