The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in special session on the above
date in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building at 4:00 o'clock p.m., with the
following members present:
Dan Shine - Mayor Pro Tern
Arthur Bea Williams - Councilors
James Esther, Jr. -
Bill Altman -
Johnny Burns -
Harold Hawkins -
James Berzina - City Manager
Greg Humbach - City Attorney
Ramona Coln - Deputy City Clerk
Jerry Lueck - Absent
Mayor Pro Tern Shine called the meeting to order.
Mayor Pro Tern Shine gave the invocation.
Item 3
Mayor Pro Tem Shine canvassed the results of the City election held on January 20, 2001.
After the canvassing of the election returns an Ordinance was considered.
ORDINANCE NO. 9-2001
ORDINANCE CANVASSING THE RETURNS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION
HELD IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS ON JANUARY 20, 2001:
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED
BY LAW
Moved by Councilor Altman that Ordinance No.9-2001 be passed.
Motion seconded by Councilor Williams and carried by the following vote.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tern Shine, Councilors Williams, Esther, Altman, Burns, and Hawkins
Nays: None
The City Council adjourned at 4:25Ip.m.

Election Held In The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas On
January 20, 2001. (City Council Bill #13)

parking lot on the Sixth Street entrance. Spanish language interpreters,
