RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE
CAMPFIRE /SALVATION ARMY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS (CDBG)
PROJECT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls under the Unit Price Contract with McGrath
Brothers with the estimated total cost of $354,800.00; and
WHEREAS, the new concrete channel requires extension; and
WHEREAS, City staff concurs that the changes are required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Change Order No. 1 for the Campfire /Salvation Army Drainage
Improvements (CDBG) Project in the amount of $14,900.00 is hereby approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 with the contractor.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
