RESOLUTION APPROVING A STANDARD UTILITY AGREEMENT FOR
THE RELOCATION OF A 30 -INCH DIAMETER WATER LINE ON KELL
BOULEVARD; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City desires to cooperate with the Texas Department of
Transportation in the construction of Kell Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, as part of this construction a 30 -inch diameter water line must be
relocated; and
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation has agreed to pay for this
relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The attached Standard Utility Agreement for the relocation of the
30 -inch diameter water line is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
