RESOLUTION APPROVING A STANDARD UTILITY AGREEMENT FOR
THE RELOCATION OF TWO 15 -INCH DIAMETER SANITARY SEWER
LINES ON KELL BOULEVARD; FINDING. AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City desires to cooperate with the Texas Department of
Transportation in the construction of Kell Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, as part of this construction two 15 -inch diameter sanitary sewer
lines must be relocated; and
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation has agreed to pay for this
relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The attached Standard Utility Agreement for the relocation of the
two 15 -inch diameter sanitary sewer lines is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
