Resolution Authorizing Award Of Bid For The Repair And Painting Of
Water Slides At Castaway Cove Water Park To Staley, Baker, Monson
In The Amount Of $56,460.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the repair
and painting of water slides, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 20, 2010, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to repair and paint the water slides at
Castaway Cove Water Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the repair and painting of water
slides at Castaway Cover Water Park to Staley, Baker, Monson, in the amount of
$56,460.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4 day of January 2011.
