Resolution Authorizing Award Of Bid For The Repair and Re-
Plastering Of Pools At Castaway Cove Water Park To Atlantis Pool
Plastering, Inc., In The Amount Of $130,754.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the repair
and re-plastering of pools at Castaway Cove Water Park, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 20, 2010, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to repair and re-plaster the pools at
Castaway Cove Water Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the repair and re-plastering of the
pools at Castaway Cove Water Park to Atlantis Pool Plastering, Inc., in the amount of
$130,754.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4 th day of January 2011.
