SAID ALLEY;
Whernoz : , it has come to the attention of the Board of Alldar-- en
of the City of Wichita Fallov Texasp that in the resolution and order of the
Board of Aldermeno entered on September 9, 19400 of reecrd in Minmte Book Ho. 13,
page 456, of the Minute Records of said city, wherefore, the plat and dedication
of Beddow and Hillts Swidivision of lots 1 to 7, inclusive, lots 21 to 27, inclutsive$
and lot No, 11, of Block "B" of the Stehlik and BaborWitian.to the, City of Wichita
lolls, Texas, that such order and resolution filed to include the twaaty foot
alley running East and West across said lots, such %enty foot alley was included
as a part of the lots in said Beddow and Hillis Subdivision, as shown on the
plat of the same, and in the dedication of the same, which was approved by the
Board of Alder urn, and whereas, petition of the owners of said lots has been
presented to the Board of Alder ea of the City of Richita Falls, Texas, request-
ing the vacation and closing of said alley across said lots in the Stehlik and
Baber Addition, which have been re-s0di0ded n an ohown in Beddow and Billt 0
Subdivision of said lots, and nog position to said petition being presented or
known, and that it will not be detriaeatal. to the rights and uses of the other
property owners in the vicinity to vacate and close aaid alley across said lots, and
to correct the deecrIption of the resolution and orderf dated Sept caber 9,, 19407,
as aforesaidp to Include said alley as a part of description of the said Beddow and
Mills Subdivision, the Board of Aldermen is of the opinion thal said petition
should be grant
BE IT ORDAIVED by the Board of Alderman of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, that said resolution and order, dated September 9, 19405 recorded, as
aforesaid, be correated to include in the description of the lands in said Beddow
