Resolution approving Change Order No. 3 for the Temporary Water
Reuse (DPR) Conveyance Facilities Project in the amount of
$115,030
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with
Bowles Construction Co. for the Temporary Water Reuse (DPR) Conveyance Facilities
Project with the estimated total cost of $8,389,614.59; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 will increase the contract $115,030.00, for a
revised cost of $8,921,133.59; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed all aspects of this change order and feel s
that it is in the City’s best interest to approve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Change Order No. 3 for the Temporary Water Reuse (DPR) Conveyance
Facilities Project in the amount of $115,030.00 is approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the change order.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of July, 2015.
