Stephen Garner called the meeting to order.

Stephen Garner and Tom Lang made a presentation about the Lake Wichita project to
interested members of the community and a new promotional video was shown.
Members of the public were asked to support the project.
Stephen Garner thanked Mr. Patterson for underwriting the event.
