The meeting was called to order • Chairperson Wingo at 2:00 p.m. He then proceeded to make thd
following announcements:
a. This meeting is being broadcast live on Channel 11. It will be replayed at 2:00 p.m. daily
including Saturday and Sunday until the next live meeting is aired which will be the second Wednesday •
next month at 2:00 p.m.
b. Motions made by the Commission members include all staff recommendations and
developmental requirements listed in the staff report. Any deviations will be discussed on a case-by-case
basis and voted • accordingly.
c. Applicants and citizens who wish to address the Commission or answer questions from the
Commission members are asked to please speak into the microphone at the podium. This meeting is
iieing taped and there is no microphone to record statements made from the audience.
d. Please silence all cell phone ringers during the meeting. If it is necessary for you to have a cell
phone conversation during the meeting, please use the hallway outside this room.
No one from the audience wished to address the Commission.

Rodney Martin made a motion to approve the minutes of the May13, 2015 meeting, Johnny Combs
seconded the motion. The minutes were approved with a unanimous vote.

Mr. Martin made a motion to approve the consent agenda. Daniel Leslie seconded the motion. The
consent agenda passed with a unanimous vote.
Martin Litteken, consultant and civil engineering surveyor, represented the owner and stated this
had previously been considered and now brings the property into zoning compliance.
Mr. Martin made a motion to approve Case P 15-08, Mr. Combs seconded, Motion passed
unanimously.
2. Case P 16-09 (Notification Plat)
Request • replat adding additional property.

The property address was 3006 McNiel Avenue, and had a split zoning of both Multifami
Residential (MFR) and Single Family Residential (SF-1). I
In this case there were two commissioners who recused themselves due to a conflict of interest.
Unfortunately, with those two recusing, the Commission was left without a sufficient quorum an4
unable to hear this case.

Jessie Canady, resided at 6 Canyon Cliff Court, stated she lived above the area and wanted to
know who maintained the open area (subject property). It was not an issue during the drought but
the property has become overgrown. Mr. Guess responded the responsibility is with the property

The applicant's contractor Nick Hurd spoke to the Commission. He stated that he built the carport
next door to this address. Mr. Hurd indicated the proposed carport would be the same type of
structure but a different color.
Mr. Graham made a motion to approve Case C 15-13, Mr. Martin seconded, The motion passed
unanimously.
