RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH HALFF ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE MCGRATH
CREEK DRAINAGE STUDY; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have a drainage study performed
for McGrath Creek; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls wishes to retain the engineering firm of Halff
Associates, Inc. for the engineering services for this study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The contract between Halff Associates, Inc. for engineering
services for the McGrath Creek Drainage study is hereby approved at a cost of
$84,400.00.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
