Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services
Agreement with Garver LLC for engineering and quality assurance testing
services in conjunction with Taxiway C reconstruction at Wichita Falls
Regional Airport, in an estimated amount of $379,952
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires engineering, construction quality
assurance testing, and resident project representation services be performed in conjunction
wi th the above referenced project ; and,
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration will fund 90% of the cost of these
services and City Airport Funds are available to fund the remaining 10% local share of the
service agreement; and,
WHEREAS, Garver LLC proposes to provide these services at an est imated cost of
$379,952.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute the professional services agreement
attached as Project No. 15081326, with changes thereto in a form approved by the City
Attorney, in an estimated amount of $379,952.
