RESOLUTION TO APPOINT COMMITTEE ON LAKE LOT ISSUES;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City staff has received inquiries regarding the current leases at the
lakes; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City Council appoint a committee to
review said issues
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following City Council members are hereby appointed to the
Lake Lot Committee — Jerry Lueck, Linda Ammons, and Harold Hawkins.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
