RESOLUTION VOIDING THE REMAINING YEAI
INTERSPACE SERVICES, INC. CONTRACT WITH
WICHITA FALLS, EFFECTIVE MARCH 31, 2002;
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THI
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
THE CITY OF
FINDING AND
S RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a 10 year contract with Interspace Services,
Inc. in November 1996; and
WHEREAS, both the City and Interspace Services, Inc. desire to terminate the
contract, effective March 31, 2002; and
WHEREAS, ending the contract wold be beneficial to both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and
Interspace Services, Inc. is hereby ended, effective March 31, 2002.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
