RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE
SCOTLAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE I;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered into a contract for the
construction of the Scotland Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project Phase I with Bowles
Construction; and
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation requires that the sanitary
sewer line crossing Interstate 44 be bored and cased; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of this change is $47,770.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Change Order No. 1 for the Scotland Sanitary Sewer Improvement
Project Phase I in the amount of $47,770.00 is hereby approved and the City Manager
is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
