BY IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF AIXEMO Of THE CITY OF WICHI'TA FALLS, TEKAS: 1. That the sewer rates to be charged and collected by the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, from all customers obtaining service from said Sever System of said City* shall be and are hereby fisted as' set forth below. A. For domestic users comprising one family residences, two family resi- dences, three family residences, boarding houses and rooming houses, that the charges paid by these users of the sewer service furnished by the City Municipal Sever System shall be 25 percent of the average water bill for the months of November through April inclusive, with a minimum charge of fifty cents per month. B. For all apartment houses, hotels, tourist courts, commercial businesses, creameries and laundries, the monthly charge to be paid by these users of the sewer service furnished by the Municipal Sewer System shall be 25 per- cent of the users' monthly water bill, when such water bill does not exceed 10.00. ';,'hen the users monthly water bill is in excess of $10,00, but does not exceed $30,003, a charge of 25 percent shall be made on the first $10.00 and a charge of 20 percent for all in excess of 410,00 up to $30,00. :There the users monthly water bill is in excess of $30,00 and does not exceed 60.00, a charge of 25 percent shall be made on the first $10,00 a charge of 20 percent on the next $20,00 and a charge of 15 percent for all in ex- cess of $30,00 up to $60,00. Wbere the users monthly water bill is in ex- cess of $60,00, a charge of 25 percent shall be made for the first $10,00, a charge of 20 percent shall be made for all in excess of $10.00 up to $30.00, a charge of 15 percent shall be made for all in excess of $30.00 up to $60.00, and a charge of 10 percent shall be made for all over $60.00. C. The -fact that the CiV of Wichita Falls is in great need of funds for the improvement, extension, enlargement and repair of its Soanitary Sever System, and it is necessary that rates., fees and charges be fixed to pay revenue bonds of the City issued to prov-ide such improvements, creates an urgency and en emergency for the immediate preservation of public health, peace and safety and requires that this ordinance shall take affect immediately upon and after its passage, and it is accordingly so ordained.
