AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE
HFLYING OF MODEL
AIRPLANTE ES
PROPELLED BY EITHER A MOTOR OR ENGINE
WITHIMITS
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS EXCEPT IN AN AREA WHERE SUCH MODEL
AIRPLANES MAY BE FLOWN 1-20 BE DESIGNATED BY THE PARKS AND RECREA-
TION DEPAR7,1ENT OF THE CITY OF 'a'+ICHITA FALLS, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN of THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any
person to fly or operate a model airplane propelled by a motor
or engine of any kind or character within the city li.mits of the
City of V'dichita Falls , Texas , save and except in an area designated
by the Parks and
