FALLS, TEXAS:
"ECTION 1. That Section II of Ordinance No. 1296, passed
and approved the 22nd day of January, 1940, be and the same is hereby
amended so as to include as part of the Parking 'Meter Zone the following;
additional territory, to-wit :
The north side of Ninth Street, from the intersection of
Ohio Avenue east to the railroad track;
Designated parking areas on Lot Ho. 8 and Lot No. 9 in
Block No. 177 , Ori_ ;1-nal Townsite of the City of Wichita
Falls , Texas .
SECTION 2. Parking on Lot No. 8 and Lot No. 9 in Block No. 177,
Original Townsite of the City of Wichita halls , Texas , shall be restricted
between the hours of 8 •00 A. J. and 12 :00 P. T1% daily, except Sundays
and/or lecal holidays . . This restriction shall apply to this designated
area only and to no other parking meter zone.
S�`:,CTION 3 . Ordinance No. 1538 in conflict herewith is ex-
pressly repealed.
