NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T77 BOARD OF ALDE11`i!!1T,T OF

SECTION 1. That the followin7 described tract and ,parcel
of land situated in Wichita COrnty, `Texas , be, and the sane i hereby
now ordered to be annexed. to and to be included within the said "J'ity of
',' ichita Falls, Texas , and that the corporate limits of said City be
extended to include said territory, more particularly described_ as
