reauests that such territory be discontinued as a part of the City of Wichita
Falls, and whereas such petition specifies accurately the metes and bounds of
the territory sou7ht to be eliminated from the City and contains a plat
desi.7natin7 the same, so that the same can be definitely ascertained, and
W7EREAS, such territory is not suitable and necessary for city pur-
poses and it is the desire of the -board of Aldermen of the said City of Wichita
