The following described tract of land is designated as a public grade crossing, crossing the r11issouri, Kansas, and Texas and Fort Worth and Denvery City Railroads , the same to be sixty feet (601 ) wide, and the medial line of whirls is described as fellows: BEGINNING: at a point in the North line of Block 22 of the Barwise and Jalonic Addition to the City of Z,Iichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas , said poir t being a-pproximately 190 feet east of the Northwest corner of said Block 22; THENCE: North 33 degrees 40 minutes East with the center line of said proposed right of ivay to a point in the center of the main track of the Tv2: & T Railroad, said point being approximately 71 feet Northwest from the west end of the ra & T Railroad bridge over Holliday Creek; THENCE: continuing on the course of North 33 deg. 40 minutes East to a point in the main track of the F1 & DC Railroad, said point being approximate- ly 185 feet northwest from the wend end of the FW & DC Railroad bridge No. 113.19; THENCE: continuing on the course of North 33 deg. 40 minutes east to the beginning of a six degree curve to the left; THENCE: Along said curve to the Rosewood Avenue paving. Section 2. Said Railroad companies are directed to construct a crossing at this point on the respective railroad right of ways so as to make the same practical and easy to cross, and are directed to pave the same in conformity with the existing pavement on the approach thereto on Rosewood and Texas Streets. Section 3. In the event the said Railroad compan- ies, acting by and through the proper officials of each company shall file a written acceptance of this ordinance within ten (10) days after the effective date hereof, no further action in the premises shall be taken, but, in the event t'_at they fail to accept such ordinance within such time, then the City ,Attorney of the City of 1.-ichita Falls, is directed to file a suit in a Court of competent jurisdiction to compel the construction and maintenance of the above describ- ed railroad crossing.
