BE IT ORDAINED BY TTE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
SECTION 1. That that portion of Elwood Street in the
Reilly Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, County of Zwichita,
Texas, from the East property line of Mill Street to the West
property line of Reilly Street be, and the same is hereby closed
and abandoned, except as hereinafter set out.
SECTION 2. That the alley in Block 4 and in Block 5 of
the Reilly Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, County of
dichita, Texas from the East property line of Miill Street to the
West property line of Reilly Street be, and the same are hereby
closed and abandoned, except as hereinafter set out.
SECTION 3. The City of Wichita Falls retains an easement
in, on, over and under any part of said street and alley for the
purposes of maintaining, installing or repairing any utility wire,
sewer, or water line or any other method of transporting any form
of a public utility commodity.
SECTIOi`N 4. The property herein closed to public use is
closed for the purpose of permitting the Housing Authority of
the City of Wichita Falls to beautify and landscape the same and
to use the same as a housing project now in progress of develop-
ment.
