SECTION 1. That the North 225 feet of the alley in
Block 8 of the original townsite,:; of the City of 4ichita Falls,
Wichita County, Texas, be and it is hereby closed and abandoned,
except as hereinafter set out.
SECTION 2. The City retains an easement in, on, over
and under any portion of said alley for the purpose of maintain-
ing, installing or repairing any utility, wire or any other
method of transporting any form of a public utility commodity.
SECTION 3. The property herein closed to public use
is closed for the purpose of permitting the construction of a
large factory building; on these premises.
