duct traffic en-ineerv_nv surreys and investigation, collect factual
data real._ired to determine solutions for traffic and parkin -,,prob-
lems, shall establish traffic and -parkin(; re-rule.tions, shell direct
the installation of traf ,"ic controls, si-ns, si;v-nals, markinms and
parkin,M meters, shall report such findin--s to the City Traffic Co_n-
-Cal ssion for a-,-)proval, and Khali have the aifft ,ority to desi-�nate
speed zones, parkin- areas, install traffic control si,--ns, si,7nals,
