SECTIO=''! 1. That Ordinance No. 1075 which amended Section )L
of Ordinance to. �11 be and the same is hereby amended so as to here-
after read as follows, to wit
SECTIO 2, FILING PLANS A_:D SPECIFICATIONS. 3ef ore the
erection, construction, alteration or repair of any building, struc-
ture, or hall or any part thereof or of any platforo, staCing or
flooring to be used for standing or sitting purposes is commenced,
the owner or lessee or agent of either, or the architect of the
builder employed by such owner or lessee in connection with the pro-
posed erection, construction, alteration or repair stall apply to
the Twilding Inspector for a per.Zit to do such work. the application
for such permit shall be made on a blank form furnished by the �uild-
ing inspector and shall state the exact site to be occupied, the
.materials to be used, the dimensions and total estimated cost of the
proposed building, structure, alteration, repair or work and the
probable time to be occupied during its erection. If, after a per-
mit has been issued, the glans are channed or extra costs in excess
of five (5) per cent of the original estimate be encountered, the
owner or his agent shall t:.ke out an additional permit for the extra
costs before utility clearances are issued.
The total estimated cost of the proposed work shall
include all labor, material, equipment, overheads, and the contrac-
tor's profit, together with the cost of plumbing, heatin7 and wiri.ns7
included in such. structure. For the purpose of checkin7 total value,
the following schedule shall be used, and unless the applicant can
demonstrate that the cost is less than that determined by the sched-
ule, the value shall not be less that that indicated by said schedule.

SECTT-J T 4- Full and complete cooies of the plans and speci-
fications for each buildiii,' or stri_zcture, and such structural detailed
drativincs as the uildin_ Inspector may require, shall be filed for
all buildin:_;s or structures. One set of plans and specifications
shall be kept in the office of the :OuildinM Inspector and the other
set, properly stamped by the Building Inspector, shall be kept at
the buildin( or structure in course of erection or alteration.
After bein-; approved, the ;clans and specifications covered by this
Chapter shall not be altered in anv respect without the a_ooroval
of the 'uildin'-• Inspector and the v orks s� all be carried on in
accordance t:i- erewi th.

which no wor.1-s is commenced within six ( ) months from time of issu-

SECT1011 7. FEES Perriiit fees for construction, alteration
