RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE FOR
PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to form a City Council subcommittee to evaluate staff's
request for consulting and design services for new public safety communications
systems, including two- radio, computer -aided dispatch and mobile data.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Councilors Johnny Burns, Harold Hawkins and Bill Altman are
hereby appointed as a subcommittee of the City Council For Public Safety
Communications Systems.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
