RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 120 -86 TO UPDATE THE
LUCY PARK LOG CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROVIDE A
FEE EXEMPTION FOR OFFICIAL CITY FUNCTIONS.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to update the Lucy Park Log Cabin rental agreement
and provide a fee exemption for official City functions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Lucy Park Log Cabin Rental Agreement, as adopted by
Resolution No. 120 -86, is hereby amended at paragraph 12 to read as follows:
"12. The log cabin may be reserved up to six (6) months in advance, in person,
at the Parks and Recreation Office, Room 109, Memorial Auditorium, 1300 Seventh
Street. 209 10th and Indiana Streets. No phone reservations shall be accepted. The
Parks and Recreation Department has the right to prohibit use of the log cabin to
previous policy offenders."
SECTION 2. The Lucy Park Log Cabin Rental Agreement, as adopted by
Resolution No. 120 -86, is hereby amended at paragraph 13 to read as follows:
"13. Cabin rental is available in four (4) hour increments: 10 a.m. — 2 p.m.;
2 p.m. — 6 p.m.; 6 p.m. — 10 p.m. Rental fee is $30 for each four (4) hour period.-No

be exempt from any fee and deposit requirements set out under this rental agreement."
