RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS DELEGATION TO FURSTENFELDBRUCK, GERMANY, FOR
TRIP SCHEDULED FOR JULY 1 -10, 2001; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following City officials are hereby designated as the official City
of Wichita Falls delegation to Furstenfeldbruck, Germany, for a trip scheduled for
July 1 -10, 2001: Mayor Pro Tern Bill Altman; City Councilors Linda Ammons, Arthur Bea
Williams, and James Esther; City Manager Jim Berzina; and Director of Administrative
Services, Jan Stricklin.
SECTION 2. Should any of the above -named officials be unable to represent
the City of Wichita Falls as part of the official delegation, Mayor Jerry Lueck shall be
designated as their replacement.
SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
