RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF
REPRESENTATIVES TO THE NORTH TEXAS REGIONAL LIBRARY
SYSTEM ASSEMBLY; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls desires that Dr. James
Snowden be named as the North Texas Regional Library System Assembly
representative and Ms. Andrea Williams be named as the alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. James Snowden is hereby named as the North Texas Regional
Library System Assembly representative and Andrea Williams is hereby named as the
alternate.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
