RESOLUTION LIFTING A MORATORIUM ON THE APPLICATION OR
PERMIT PROCESS RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION,
INSTALLATION OR PLACEMENT OF COMMUNICATION TOWERS;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Resolution 4 -2001 placed a moratorium on the application or permit
process related to the construction, installation or placement of communication towers
until such time regulations are passed regarding communication towers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has passed regulations related to communication
towers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The moratorium on communication towers by Resolution 4 -2001 is
hereby lifted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND /OR REJECTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN
PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE; DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, 73 parcels of excess real property have been advertised for sale to
the general public; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on March 26, 2001, which were submitted
by 25 bidders who desire to purchase said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
