TEXASAN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS Or, THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
, BY AN
CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE PRESENT TERRITi??R7AT, LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THE SAME LYING IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION FROM
THE PRESENT LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND BEING MOM AS
FAITH VILLAGE UNIT NUMBER TWO, ALL OF WHICH LANDS ARE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE
EDDY OF THIS ORDINANCE.
TEXAS: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BDARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
SECTION 1. That the following described tract of land located in
Wichita County, Texas, be, and the same is hereby now ordered to be annexed, to and
to be included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and
that the corporate limits be extended to include such tract of land in Wichita
County, Texas, the same being situated in the vicinity of the southwest part of
the City of Wichita Falls, in Blocks 23 and 24 of the Denton County School Lands,
and being immediately south of Faith Village Unit I, more fully described as
follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Faith Village Unit I, said point being 1037.7 feet west and 3158.7 feet south of the north-
east corner of Block 14, Denton County School Land;

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Fallsp Texas* will hold a Public Rearing in the
Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium,, at the regular meeting to
be held at 800 o'clock P.M. on September 23# 19530 on Ordinance
No. 1659.
