Call to Order, Introductions and Swearing In New Commission Members Chairperson Flood called the meeting to order at ors p.m. and introduced members t.. r- Request Ms Derr informed the Commission that development in the downtown area was actively progressing. She said the transom windows on the Zales building have been installed, they are unique and add to the historic form; intersection improvements «#>§ ©» at 8 th /Ohio Streets. Design Review —Staff Authorized —Minor AlterationlRepairs: 2708 9th — electrical and plumbing permit 1314 Buchanan — demo permit ffis Gagn6 informed the Commission that Mr. Mantey and Mr. Scott have resigned from the © and have taken positions elsewhere.
