Resolution No. _50-2015_
Resolution authorizing award of b id for the purchase of one 12 cubic
yard dump truck to Bruckner Truck Sales in the amount of
$128,076.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one 12
cubic yard dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on April 15, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a 12 cubic yard dump truck for
the City fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase a 12
cubic yard dump truck from Bruckner Truck Sales in the amount of $128,076.00 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 2015.
