Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 Street Microsurfacing
Project to Intermountain Slurry Seal Inc., in the amount of $62,730.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015 Street
Mi crosurfacing Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Intermountain Slurry
Seal, Inc., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $62,730.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF W ICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 Street Microsurfacing Project is awarded to
Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc., in an estimated total amount of $62,730.50, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for
the construction of such project.
